Worked with Nick Pfeifer at Smith and Hopen on multiple patent filings… An overall tremendous experience. Most impressively, Nick not only knows all of the legal aspects of IP, but gained a full understanding of the particulars of our (complex) medical navigation platform and thought about how to protect it. He took the responsibility for the heavy lifting away from us as a client and just took care of everything! Thank you!

As 20-year veteran of live television I consider myself experienced in judging a person’s ability to connect with an audience. I’ve had the opportunity to watch Anton Hopen orchestrate and present a dynamic event featuring young inventors and was highly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, confidence and speaking style. He would serve as an excellent and highly credible commentator of patent and trademark-related news.
Anton Hopen is an acknowledged expert in patent and trademark matters. I’ve had the opportunity to see him speak a number of times and he conveys both energy and confidence in his presentations. He is a reliable, balanced and trustworthy source of intellectual property knowledge. I would recommend him without reservation.
