Unified Patent Court (UPC) is a patent court common to a limited number of member states in Europe. The Court hears cases regarding infringement and revocation proceedings of European patents valid on the territories of those member states.

The Court was established by the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court, which was signed on 19 February 2013 by 24 states.  Paris, London, and Munich will also have specialized court divisions that focus on designated technology areas.
